We handle data the way we run stores — carefully, plainly, and to the standards Western markets expect. Here is what we collect, why, and what your rights are.

1. Who we are
Braviching Private Limited ("Braviching", "we", "us") is a private limited company incorporated in India on 15 May 2025 (CIN: U69200HR2025PTC132084, Registrar of Companies — Delhi), with its registered office at 1st Floor, Plot No. 620, Phase-V, Udyog Vihar Industrial Complex, Dundahera, Gurugram, Haryana 122016, India. We are the dedicated India operations arm of Bravich Ltd, United Kingdom (est. 2016).
This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through braviching.com and in the course of our ecommerce services business — marketplace operations, paid media, email & retention, and web design & development.
2. What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and the contents of your message.
- Job applications. When you apply for a role, we collect your CV/résumé, contact details, work history, and anything else you choose to share with us.
- Technical data. Standard server logs and basic device and browser information, plus aggregate analytics that help us understand how the site is used.
- Business contacts. Names, roles, and work contact details of people at partner and prospective partner brands, collected in the normal course of doing business.
3. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and scope potential engagements.
- To deliver contracted services and manage ongoing partnerships — including reporting, invoicing, and account administration.
- To assess and respond to job applications.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to an Indian private limited company.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
4. Partner data — custodian, not owner
During engagements our team works inside partner-owned platforms — marketplace accounts, ad accounts, email platforms, storefronts, and analytics. We operate on a "custodian, not owner" model: account access, billing, and administrative privileges remain in the partner's name at all times.
Customer data inside those platforms (for example, a brand's shopper and subscriber lists) is processed only on the partner's documented instructions, only to deliver the agreed scope, and under the confidentiality and data-protection terms of the relevant engagement letter. On termination, we transition all access, reports, and documentation back to the partner or their nominee.
5. Who we share it with
- Our parent group. Bravich Ltd, UK, for group administration, quality oversight, and service delivery.
- Service providers. Hosting, email, analytics, and business tools we use to run the company — bound by their own contractual and security obligations.
- Legal requirements. Where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or a valid request from a public authority.
Because our group operates across India and the United Kingdom, data may be transferred between the two. Where it is, we apply appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiry data — for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up conversation.
- Recruitment data — typically up to 12 months after a hiring decision, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or consent to a longer period.
- Engagement and financial records — for the periods required by Indian company and tax law.
7. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access a summary of your personal data, request correction or erasure, nominate a person to exercise your rights, and have grievances heard. If you are in the UK or EU, you additionally have the rights provided by UK GDPR / GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
To exercise any of these rights, email hr@braviching.com. We respond within the timelines the law prescribes.
8. Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies needed for the site to function, and analytics to understand aggregate usage — pages visited, approximate location, device type. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings; the site keeps working without non-essential cookies.
9. Security
We apply the compliance and data-protection standards Western markets expect: least-privilege access to partner platforms, access controls and audit trails on internal systems, and staff trained on confidentiality as part of our operating standards. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat data protection as part of the craft, not an afterthought.
10. Grievances & contact
Questions, requests, or complaints about this policy or our data handling can be sent to hr@braviching.com or by post to Braviching Private Limited, 1st Floor, Plot No. 620, Phase-V, Udyog Vihar Industrial Complex, Dundahera, Gurugram, Haryana 122016, India. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India or your local supervisory authority.
11. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a revised "last updated" date. Material changes affecting active partners will also be communicated directly.
