Amazon Seller Central Growth Specialist (US/UK)

About the Role

We're hiring an India-based Amazon growth specialist with proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central for the US and UK markets. This is not a VA role and not a junior optimiser position. We need someone who can analyse performance, identify what's limiting growth, and execute changes across listings and advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse weekly and monthly performance across traffic, conversion, and profitability.
  • Identify root causes behind performance changes (sessions, CVR, CPC, ACOS, TACoS, rank) and implement fixes.
  • Maintain a clear change log: what was changed, why, and the impact over time.
  • Audit and improve listing quality: titles, bullets, images direction, A+ content direction, attributes, variations, backend terms, category accuracy.
  • Fix catalogue issues including suppressions, incorrect variations, missing attributes, and compliance-related listing problems.
  • Improve conversion by strengthening product page clarity, relevance, and trust signals.
  • Build, manage, and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, search term harvesting, negative keyword management, bid and budget optimisation, placement strategy, and scaling.
  • Improve efficiency without killing growth, with focus on profitable scaling, not vanity metrics.
  • Manage promotions (coupons, deals where applicable) and coordinate pricing actions aligned with margin goals.
  • Monitor buy box, stock risks, and offer competitiveness and flag issues early.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central for US and/or UK marketplaces.
  • Strong experience with Amazon PPC beyond basic setup (structure, scaling, harvesting, optimisation).
  • Ability to independently diagnose issues and execute improvements without constant oversight.
  • Clear English communication with concise, data-backed updates.
  • Comfortable working to KPIs and delivering weekly progress reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Brand Registry experience, A+ content and Storefront management.
  • Experience coordinating creatives and writing PDP briefs that improve CVR.
  • Familiarity with Brand Analytics / Search Query Performance (where available).
  • Experience working with multiple ASINs and building repeatable growth systems.
  • First 60–90 Days Success: Listing quality improvements shipped and tracked, cleaner PPC structure with reduced wasted spend, stronger conversion rate and improved profitable sales trend, consistent weekly operating rhythm.
